Job Description:
We are seeking a Commission Based Sales Directors to join our team and market our product line and build and retain high end client relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, forecasting, reporting, booking, and account management. Demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients. Ultimately, an outstanding Sales Representative should achieve excellent customer service and continually meet or exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Drive business expansion through new and existing relationships with high end luxury clients, premium specialty stores, independents and large retailers.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals as set by executives.
Prospect new opportunities in specific market segments that align with the brand vision and direction.
Promote and supervise marketing coop activities (launch events, product knowledge sessions, ongoing appearances).
Propose and execute on opportunities for collaborations or exclusive products for key retailers.
Ensure budgets/targets agreed by clients are met or exceeded.
Partner with Operations and Production on quarterly forecasts and inventory planning.
Work closely with executives for account profiling, business review, sales forecasts, budget.
Monitor deliveries to customers, making sure all conditions are met to ship (debts are cleared / pre-payments are done / guarantees are provided) – working closely with executives and finance.
Qualifications:
5+ years high level sales experience in high end luxury or beauty industry, public relations, or marketing & advertising agency preferred.
5+ years high level sales experience with Digital or Online Marketing and Web Analytics preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields).
Bilingual is a huge plus.
Advanced understanding of digital and social media platforms.
Experience with retail financial measurements
